ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification Renewed
An independent certification body has conducted the annual ISO 9001:2015 surveillance audit at Shanghai Wuyilian Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. Through document review, site inspection and random sampling, the audit team examined design and development, procurement, production, inspection and after-sales processes. No non-conformities were raised and the certificate is maintained.
Audit focus areas
This audit concentrated on the completeness of the supplier evaluation mechanism, traceability of critical process parameters, and the effectiveness of closed-loop customer complaint handling. The team commended our "one unit, one record" dispatch system — every instrument can be traced by serial number to its sensing element batch, calibration data and inspector.
Continuing improvement
The company will continue improving incoming inspection, in-process control and after-sales response, and plans to introduce a supplier quality performance evaluation system within the year.
