Wuyilian Sensing Expands 80 GHz Radar Level Production Line
Shanghai Wuyilian Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. has completed the expansion of its 80 GHz FMCW radar level meter production line. New automated SMT, lens antenna assembly and microwave anechoic chamber calibration stations have raised monthly capacity from 1,200 to 3,000 units.
Lead times significantly reduced
Standard lead time for regular-range radar level meters has shortened from 15 to 5 working days, with small-batch customised models held within 10 working days. This matters particularly to system integrators facing tight project schedules.
Calibration capability upgraded
The new anechoic chamber allows every radar meter shipped to be wet-calibrated with a calibration record supplied. Factory consistency has tightened from ±5 mm to ±3 mm, better meeting the accuracy demands of fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
