Pressure transmitters monitor supply/return differential for variable-speed pump optimisation; electromagnetic meters on critical branches support flow balancing.
AHUs and terminals
Sheathed RTDs or integrated transmitters on supply, return and coil temperatures; differential pressure transmitters across filters to indicate blockage and enable condition-based replacement.
System integration
All instruments should support RS485 Modbus RTU or BACnet gateways for integration into the building management platform. Mounting must avoid vibration sources and strong electromagnetic interference.
